Nutcracker

What's required for Nutcracker participation?

NUTCRACKER REQUIREMENTS: Any student wishing to audition for the SVRDC production of The Nutcracker MUST:

  • Be 6+ yrs old

  • Take at least 1 Ballet class over the summer. It is imperative that students are keeping up with their technique and focus during the summer in order to start rehearsals for Nutcracker right away in September.

  • Dancers are expected to also maintain at least 1 ballet class through the normal fall-spring session.
